Welcome to our beautiful home in Glendale! Nestled on a charming street with serene mountain views, this inviting 2-story home offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Located within a neighborhood just a couple of minutes' drive from major freeways, financial centers, shops, and restaurants, our home is ideally situated for both convenience and tranquility.
The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with en-suite, lots of storage space, and a convenient half bathroom. The second floor houses two additional generously sized bedrooms, each offering plenty of storage, and they share a spacious "Jack & Jill" bathroom, complete with a shower cabin, bathtub, two sinks, and ample storage space.
The first floor also includes a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer. Our kitchen is fully stocked, but please feel free to reach out if you need anything extra. Enjoy meals in the dedicated dining area, which comfortably seats 6 adults, or relax in the separate, spacious living room.
The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe and private space for outdoor activities. There’s plenty of parking available with space for two cars in the driveway and lots of street parking.
