This cosy 53-square-meter holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the ground floor of a small, well-maintained residential complex. A free parking space is available for guests arriving by car. The modern apartment features laminate flooring—with tile in the bathroom. The living room, which includes a dining table, offers a comfortable sofa and a spacious atmosphere with a view of the city park. Cable TV (flat-screen). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The newly installed kitchen includes an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in round shower with a low threshold, a sink, and a toilet. Free Wi-Fi.


The Tuchtefeld holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment; out of consideration for future guests, we ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot allow pets of any kind.
