The property was basically as described. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very flat and led to discomfort even when stacked. It’s in a really noisy part of town. Lots of late night (3am) bar hopping voices and early morning traffic, construction sounds, etc. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are serviced every 3rd day, but you can get additional towels as needed. Beach towels and ice for coolers is available daily at the front desk Breakfast is not much and the same every day - a few pastry options, toast, one fruit choice, coffee and one juice. Valet parking is EXTREMELY limited in space. It was full so we had to find alternate parking nearby. Similar daily cost to hotel valet but without the come and go option so ended up being more expensive than anticipated. If you’re not doing any activities outside Waikiki Beach, you can walk pretty much everywhere and don’t really need a car. But we were going other places on the island, so renting seemed cheaper than an Uber or Lyft.
