A tastefully decorated 73 m² vacation apartment in Bayreuth for four people

Our 73-square-meter holiday apartment is located in the centre of Bayreuth. Its location near the train station is ideal for our guests. The Festspielhaus is a 17-minute walk away, and the Margravial Opera House, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an 8-minute walk away. The apartment, featuring double-glazed windows, is tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped. The Nußmann holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation for travellers and businesspeople. The apartment can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building—an lift is available. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A small covered balcony adjoins the living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped: a freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, and much more are provided. The bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet—towels are provided. Bulky luggage can be stored in the storage room, which includes a coat rack. Wi-Fi, cable TV, and bed linens are included in the price. An immediate deposit of 20% of the total amount is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer 4 weeks before moving into the apartment. Check-in from 3:30 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over at the hair salon in the building (fn Nussmann). Security deposit of 100 EUR in cash upon arrival. Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed free of charge; pets weighing more than 5 kg are charged 10 EUR per day. A cot is available free of charge upon request (please bring your own bedding). Otherwise, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Public parking is available nearby for a fee.
