The house, with a 300 m² private garden and sun terrace, is located in a quiet, car-free bungalow park in the second row of houses behind the dike facing the IJsselmeer.
The house is warmly furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday.
The living/dining room is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, as well as two sofas with a small table. There is also a TV console with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. You can receive all German TV channels via satellite. The two bedrooms are accessible from the living room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), a wardrobe, a nightstand, and a mirror. The other bedroom has two box-spring beds (each 0.90 x 2.00). This bedroom also has a wardrobe with a mirror and two nightstands.
From the living/dining room, you can step out onto the wooden deck with patio furniture and a parasol, which leads down two steps into the private garden. Comfortable lounge chairs invite you to sunbathe, read, and relax. The garden is bordered by a beech hedge and is largely secluded from view in the summer. A grill is also available.
Furthermore, the living/dining room opens onto the open-concept kitchen. It is equipped with built-in cabinets and includes a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. In the cabinets, you’ll find all the utensils you need for cooking, including a coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a blender, and various pans and pots in different sizes.
The kitchen leads to the bathroom, which features a high window. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The washing machine is also located here. Amenities include a hair dryer and an illuminated makeup mirror. There are enough towel racks in this bathroom to accommodate four people.
The house has gas central heating, so it can be used even in winter. Both the bathroom and the kitchen have running hot water.
From the garden, you can access the shed, where you can store your bicycles, beach toys, or other items.
On the day of your arrival, you’ll be greeted by our property manager, who will also serve as your on-site contact during your holiday should any issues arise. Through our property manager, you can conveniently rent Wi-Fi access, bicycles, and a boat on-site at short notice.
Since the house is located in a car-free bungalow park, you may only drive up to the house for loading and unloading (including after shopping). At the entrance to the park, about 50 metres from the house, is the designated parking space that belongs to the house.
