Great property with an amazing kitchen and location as well as some local Prescott charm. Small things from the host like Farm fresh eggs and honey were a wonderful welcome and the property was cleaner than any VRBO I have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It’s a very unique property and the price is super reasonable for what you get. Would be an amazing place to host a meal with a huge outdoor kitchen/dining table. The property has chickens which is cool because the owner lets you grab eggs for you breakfast in the morning, but just be aware…that rooster is going to be crowing early early! If you like to drink, bring a wine opener/bottle opener as there is none on site. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were beautiful!Has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Super clean home. Was expecting a pull-out couch bed, but it was just the couch.Loved the location. Property was great with sauna and very funky with year round Christmas decor. Be ready for early morning Rooster crows!Fresh eggs was a fun addition though.Only negative was the extreme scented laundry soap, which was overpowering to walk in to and was very strong on all the bedding.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall space felt welcoming and well cared for.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area—it was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and winding down in the evening. The location was also a big plus: close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and our overall stay seamless.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
