The holiday rental is located in a renovated, historic old town house dating back to 1481. The property stands out for its central yet quiet location in Amberg’s old town. The cosy atmosphere will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. With a sunroom and a terrace opening onto a quiet, green garden, it’s a true oasis of tranquility. A washing machine is available right in the apartment. For parking near the building, our resident parking permit is available upon request. We also offer our own bicycles for rent. The apartment is accessible at ground level. We’d be happy to tailor your stay to your individual needs. Please feel free to contact us directly with any inquiries. We accept cash or bank transfer prior to arrival. A security deposit may be required upon arrival. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM; check-out should take place by 10:00 AM. Exceptions can be arranged upon request. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee and upon request. Due to stricter cleaning guidelines during the pandemic, the final price includes an increased final cleaning fee.
