Thoughtfully designed for guests, everything in the home is brand new, from the furnishings to the dishware, creating a fresh and welcoming home away from home.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, a cozy reading nook, a half bath with laundry, and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. One additional bedroom offers a King bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom also includes a King bed. Three air-conditioning units are located in the main living area, the primary bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom.

Outdoor living includes a covered back lanai that opens to a new pool with a spacious deck, outdoor dining area.
