Cozy vacation apartment (55sqm) with garden

Here, you’ll spend your holiday in a holiday home in a quiet, idyllic setting next to a large meadow at the edge of the forest. The living area (55 square metres) offers rest and relaxation thanks to its cosy furnishings. During the warmer months, you can enjoy spending time outside your cottage, as it comes with its own patio furniture. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Bed linens are, of course, provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a tea kettle. There is also a cosy dining area. In addition to central heating, the holiday home has a wood-burning stove, perfect for enjoying long winter evenings. The cosy living room is equipped with a TV and satellite TV. The bathroom on the ground floor of the holiday home features a shower, sink, and toilet. We also provide towels. A washing machine and dryer, as well as a small wellness area with a sauna, a Scandinavian hot tub, and a relaxation room, are available in the basement of the holiday home. Sauna use costs 19 euros for 2 people (approx. 2.5 hours). We’re happy to provide a guest bed or cot upon request. Pets are allowed only upon request and for a fee. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The sauna can be used for an additional fee. The holiday rental will be ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Since I am not always on site, please call at least one hour before arrival to let me know approximately when you will be arriving. Please plan to check out by 10:00 a.m.
