Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. No spaces are shared with the host or other guests.

Other things to note
Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $75/day or $450/week. Please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. Hot tub heating is included at no additional cost.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. Valid ID may be required.

Guests: The number of guests booked on the reservation is the maximum number permitted at the property. Unregistered guests require prior host approval.

Quiet Hours: Outdoor quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM in accordance with Scottsdale city ordinance.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $2,000 violation fee applies.

Pets: Pets may be allowed with prior approval. A $150 pet fee applies.

Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.
