Belle maison, ancienne rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnelle.Les deux salles de bain neuves très propres. Le linge de lit et de toilette également.la cuisine très pratique et un joli espace extérieur.Manque un ou deux ventilateurs, car avec la canicule cela nous aurait permis d'être plus confort surtout pour les chambres sous le toit.mais cela va devenir indispensable dans les années qui viennent.La proximité du bourg de Carnac et d'un grand supermarché (tout à pied) et du marché local deux fois pas semaine est un grand plus pour la localisation de cette maison.Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt

Maison retapée récemment et très confortable. Elle est située dans le centre de Carnac et l'environnement est très came.

Maison familiale très bien située dans Carnac ayant bénéficié de travaux de réfection agréable mais malheureusement peu soignée Le ménage n’était pas fait à l’arrivée Le vis à vis du jardin est très désagréable , donne sur le voisin en friche et travaux des voisins, aucune protection ou barrière Manque de mobilier Table et chaises de jardin hors d’usage 2 lits enfants hors d’usage Cette location pourrait être exceptionnelle mais le soin donne aux clients est insuffisant au regard du prix

Ferienhaus neben einer Baustelle

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage (Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte sind fußläufig errreichbar, den Strand/die Uferpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten), leider ist aber hinter und neben dem Haus jeweils eine Baustelle, Bagger und Betonmischer sind leider ab und zu zu hören und zu sehen, d.h. den Garten kann man in nächster Zeit nicht nutzen, ebensowenig den Wintergarten, Türen und Fenster müssen geschlossenen bleiben, damit der Baulärm nicht stört.

Une très jolie maison, soignée, agréable. Nous avons apprécié la disposition des chambres, et de pouvoir nous installer dans le jardin ( le temps était radieux! ) . Le seul bémol a été de ne pas avoir beaucoup de mugs à disposition ... A part ça, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin!

Bonne literie, bonne répartition chambres et sdb, bon emplacement proche bourg En moins : manque de charme, luminaires blanchâtres, salon peu chaleureux ni cosy (1 canape et deux chaises), draps et serviettes en option
