We recently stayed in D402 for three nights. Overall, the condo was okay and had everything we needed for our stay. The AC worked great, and we really enjoyed the balcony—furniture was in good condition and a nice place to relax. The resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained.However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. When we arrived, the door covering the bunk beds was off the hinges and just leaning, which was a bit concerning. We also found that the tub stopper was broken, and the shower took over an hour to drain, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the tub did not appear to be clean upon arrival.With a few maintenance fixes and better attention to cleaning, this unit could be a much better stay. As it stands, it was just an average experience.

I’m sorry the bunk door was off its hinges, the tub stopper was broken, the shower drained slowly, and the tub didn’t appear clean. We’ll have maintenance rehang the bunk door, repair the stopper, and inspect/clear the drain and plumbing, and we’ll reinforce our housekeeping checklist to ensure tubs are properly cleaned before arrival.
