In sunny Carinthia, at 1,600 metres, lies this very luxurious chalet. After an active day in the Alps, unwind in your own wellness area including a sauna, a large round bath and a beautiful view. Enjoy a good glass of wine in the spacious living room with an atmospheric fireplace, lovely in the cold winter evenings! From the balcony and terrace you look out over the enchanting mountains. The chalet is located at the foot of the ski slopes and ski lifts. Ideal for the winter sports enthusiast!
The Koralpe ski area, 1650-2070 m altitude, is a small but fine ski area with beautifully groomed white slopes of all levels of difficulty, offering challenges for young and old. There are Tiefschnee slopes and a 100m wide carving slope. For beginners, there is a practice lift with practice slope, children learn their first turns in the children's area and fans of tour skiing and freeriding will find some great off-the-beaten-path routes. Red 3, the FISS-Rennpiste, and black 5 are tips for advanced skiers and for beginners, blue 10 combined with blue 6 is highly recommended. But above all, enjoy the phenomenal views of the Lavanttal while skiing and snowboarding.

In summer, you can make the most beautiful walks here but also do archery, mountain biking, paragliding and much more! Carinthia's crystal clear lakes can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. You can enjoy the beautiful nature here all year round and it is a fantastic holiday destination!
