Property was pet friendly. We had a dog with us and the property was very good for the dog. Plenty of space outside to walk the dog. Overall it was a nice quiet area surrounding the property.Place was not very clean. Floors were very dirty. Other areas of the property were dirty as well. Other than the cleanliness issues the property fit our needs.Communication with manager was very good when we needed help.

The check in was fine. We were given the address and front door code a few days before we got to the house. We found the place and were able to find the router and get the Wi-Fi password. The TV continued to show a prompt that there was a weak signal. We were only able to get one TV to work and it was constantly buffering. The place was not very clean and there was still trash in the pull out trash cabinet. The remote for the blinds did not work so the kitchen and family room were impossible to close -eliminating any privacy. All the beds have firm mattresses and we had to pile extra blankets on one bed to help with softing and save us from having to buy a mattress “topper”. We were in town for a week for lots of doctors appointments and therapy sessions and the Mayo Clinic was 10 minutes away. But there are two facilities so half the time we were 35 minutes away from the clinic. The price was cheaper than the other properties in the same general area but if you want to stay in this neighborhood you should pay the extra money for a cleaner more comfortable place. Definitely won’t be saving this address for future trips to Scottsdale/Phoenix AZ
