From here, a large patio door leads directly to the pool area. Enjoy sunny hours on the lounge chairs, take a refreshing dip in the 35 m² pool, or have a barbecue together at the covered seating and grill area—perfect for cosy evenings outdoors.

An outdoor shower with hot water provides additional comfort, allowing you to rinse off comfortably before or after swimming in the pool.

On the air-conditioned upper floor, you’ll find four cosy bedrooms, each with a TV, as well as two modern bathrooms. The entire property is surrounded by a stone wall, offering you pleasant tranquility and privacy.

There is also a publicly accessible sports field in the immediate vicinity with football and basketball facilities as well as outdoor fitness equipment—ideal for anyone who likes to stay active even while on holiday.
