The exclusive “Black Pearl” seaside holiday rental at the “Residenz am Hafen” in the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel was completed in the winter of 2010 and was extensively modernised and refurnished with high-quality furnishings in November 2020. From the apartment’s balcony, dear guests, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view across the Bensersiel harbour to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands.



The spacious “Black Pearl” holiday apartment with a sea view, located in the “Residenz am Hafen” and measuring approximately 63 square metres, accommodates one to four people. It is furnished to the highest standards and features a cosy, modern, and inviting design, along with excellent technical amenities.



For example, it features a box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, a dishwasher, and much more. The furnishings were custom-made by a cabinetmaker. The holiday apartment includes an underground parking space from which you can conveniently reach the apartment via an lift.
