Johanna is amazingly accommodating. The apartment is very close to a bus line that can have you in Nurnberg in less than 30 minutes. I will stay here again. No doubt.

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Die Fewo ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich hatte das Single Apartment es ist sehr klein aber zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig und es gibt eine Sitzgelegenheit vorm Apartment. DerParkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

Das Apartment ist wie die Überschrift schon besagt ziemlich klein, aber sehr funktionell, sauber und neuwertig. Für ein Apartment in Messenähe außerdem ziemlich günstig. Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieterin eine sehr angenehme Person ist.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles wichtige ist vorhanden, das Bett ist sehr gut. (feste Matratze) Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin!! Parken ist vor dem Haus möglich, die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist auch recht ruhig. Einziger Nachteil für Geschäftsreisende ist, dass die Vermittlungsgebühr der Fe.-Wo. Agentur nicht auf der Rechnung erscheint. Das ist aber ein Problem bei der Agentur und nicht bei der Vermieterin zu lösen.

Very low key spot to stay, close to the Messe. One tip: if coming in winter as Johanna to start the heat for you before you arrive. Took a while to warm up. Otherwise perfect for one person.

Ich war für 3 Wochen im Studio und kann sagen, dass alles Super war. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, die Begrüßung sehr nett und auch während meiner Anwesenheit wurde ich von ihr immer angesprochen, ob ich noch etwas benötigte. Ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Alles super. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin Frau Scharrer ist sehr nett und vermittelt das Gefühl willkommen zu sien. Der Kontakt war freundlich und die Abwicklung unkomplizeirt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
