Big nice house near Steinhude meer

Big nice and well equiped house in a quite area of the town but near the town center. We also enjoyed the possibilties around the lake.

Küche und Wohnbereich war gut. Die zwei Schlafzimmer im OG auch soweit okay aber leider fehlt eine Verdunkelung, keine Vorhänge, lediglich ein Sonnenrollo, das andere defekt.(Vermieter wurde darüber informiert, aber keine Verbesserung) Der Schlafbereich für die 5. Person untragbar, keine Lampe, kein Nachtisch, veraltete Stehlampe total verschmutzt. Man schaut auf die Wand eines alten Schrankes. Die Fenster zum Balkon total verschmutzt. Der Außenbereich sehr schön, aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. An der Hauswand blättert die Farbe ab.

Das Haus war sehr schön, gepflegt und in einer wirklich ruhigen Straße. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Empfehlenswert

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Männer und 4 Nächte, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Haus ist sehr groß und sauber, die teils alten Möbel aus Oma‘s Zeiten, fanden wir ganz witzig.

Super Ferienhaus für schönen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub am Steinhuder Meer. Das Haus ist für einen Familienurlaub sehr komfortabel und groß und perfekt ausgestattet. Unser Highlight war der Garten, in dem die Kinder stundenlang spielen konnten - die Terrasse ist perfekt für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen sowie zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden uns freuen, irgendwann einmal erneut zu Gast zu sein.

Sehr komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, halb modern, halb altmodisch

Ein so vollständig und praktisch mit allen denkbaren Haushaltgegenständen u. Küchengerätschaften ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nirgendwo anders. Über einige ungeputzte Fenster und ein paar Spinnweben konnten wir daher problemlos hinwegsehen. Insgesamt sehr viel Platz, auch rings ums Haus, daher 5 Sterne von uns.

Haus Petzold

War ein super Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Der Eigentümer hat persönlich die Schlüssel übergeben und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das war spitze. Und er hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert wenn etwas gewesen ist. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Entspannter Herrentag

Alles Bestens. Alle notwendigen Ausstattungen sind vorhanden. Es ist ein in die Tage gekommenes älteres Haus, aber eben mit echtem Keller wie früher. EG : Küche, Gäste- Wc, Riesen WZ mit Zugang zur Terrasse. OG: 3 Zimmer und Bad mir WZ. Einziges Manko, und das muss man wissen, wenn man zu 7-t reist- das erste Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. In einer Familie störte das aber nicht. Badeinsel, Hafen, und alles andere prima fußläufig erreichbar. Allgemein eine schöne Wohngegend. Eine 5 verdient der ungepflegte Garten. Stört aber sicherlich nicht jeden. Gerne wieder und danke für die netten Hinweise, Herr Vermieter.

Großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienaufenthalt in Steinhude. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. An Ausstattung war alles dort, was wir brauchten und das Haus war sauber. Ein Bäcker und die Strandpromenade von Steinhude ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und er hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Ich würde das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Restlos super!

Das Wetter war ziemlich schrecklich, dafür hat uns eine tolle warme Hütte begrüßt - das war schon Mal ein tolles Gefühl! Das Haus war angenehm und sauber, sowie top ausgestattet; die Kommunikation total nett - wir haben die Zeit am Steinhuder Meer sehr genossen!

Unser Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren wir aber an Tagen da wo es doch schon recht kalt geworden war, leider ging aber die Heizung dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht (sprang leider noch nicht an). Rund um ein schönes altes Haus was noch viel Liebe zur Erneuerung bekommt, laut Gespräch mit dem sehr netten Vermieter Jan. Gerne wieder für den nächsten Urlaub

Tolle Ausstattung, problemlose Buchung und Abwicklung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Großzügiges, sauberes Haus mit Garten, Stellplatz. Küche voll ausgestattet, im Keller Waschmaschine u Trockner. Zu beachten ist nur, dass das eine zimmer mit couch u Bett eigentlich ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Da wir Familie waren, war das aber kein Problem für uns. Die Fenster sind mit Mückengittern gesichert. Ein kleines Manko war der starke Flugverkehr vor allem mit den großen Militärmaschinen, die vermutlich wg des Abzugs gerade besonders oft und sehr tief flogen, was eben auch nachts zu ordentlich Fluglärm führte . Die 5 Gehminuten zur Badeinsel sind sehr optimistisch und eher für ältere Kinder machbar. Mit den kleinen hat es etwas länger gedauert, was aber normal ist. Ansonsten ist alles da,was man braucht. Die kids vermissen das Haus. 😂

Steinhude for family

Der Aufenthalt in Steinhude in der Ferienwohnung war optimal. Das Objekt ist wirklich riesig groß. In der Küche fehlt es eigentlich an nichts. Neben einer normalen gibt es auch eine Senseo-Maschine. W-LAN ist inbegriffen, stabil und schnell. Die Betten haben Standardgrößen und erscheinen neuwertig. Die Innenausstattung würde ich mit rustikal beschreiben. Die Töpfe und Pfannen haben wir uns vor Benutzung nochmal vorgenommen. Es gibt eine Terasse für schönes Wetter und einen Balkon für regnerische Zeiten. Zum Stadtzentrum gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Reisende mit Kindern sollten sich im Klaren sein, dass einige kinderfreundliche Attraktionen am gegenüberliegenden Ufer sind. Das erreicht man in 20 Minuten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat wunderbar das Objekt vorgestellt und Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt in Toplage

Wir haben hier als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Fußläufig ist man zügig an der Badeinsel, beim Bäcker oder der Leinenfabrik. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Fußläufig an den Strand

Wir waren bereits Gäste im Objekt und haben uns gefreut, alles wie beim letzten Mal vorzufinden. Die Übergabe und auch sonstige Kommunikation klappt problemlos, der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
