Villa Iremia Agia Galini<br>Cosy, quiet holiday home above Agia Galini with a pool and ocean view, nestled in nature on the beautiful south coast of Crete.<br><br>We offer you a beautiful holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 1 open, fully equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, and 1 storage room. The house has 2 levels; the ground floor features the kitchen, the living area, and the guest bathroom. On the second floor are the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 storage room. Each bedroom is equipped with a large, spacious built-in closet and a separate air conditioner that can also be used for heating. Bedroom 1 features a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed and a large terrace. Bedroom 2 features a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed and a small balcony. Both the terrace and the balcony offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Libyan Sea, the Paximadi Islands, and the Ida Mountains. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and underfloor heating. The utility room contains a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and various other cleaning supplies. For small children, a foldable cot, cot linens, and an inflatable kiddie pool are provided. 1 air mattress, children’s games, children’s books, board games, books, travel guides, DVDs, a DVD player, 2 camping chairs, and 1 beach umbrella are also provided.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available for rent at an additional cost.<br><br>The private, illuminated pool is easily accessible from the terrace next to the house. An outdoor shower allows you to quickly cool off. Sun loungers surround the pool, and the terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a grill. There is 1 covered terrace and 1 sunroom.<br><br>The villa has 100 m² of living space on a 2,000 m² lot. You enter the property through an electric roll-up gate operated by remote control and can park your car right next to the house.<br><br>The Mediterranean garden is planted with shade-providing olive trees, carob trees, citrus trees, herbs, and numerous fragrant and flowering plants.
