The place was great! The proximity to the pool & being on the ground floor was so perfect for our little family! There were some cosmetic things that could have been better, peeling paint and other small imperfections but overall the place was clean & tidy. Thank you for a great week.

The condo was nice and clean. Loved the ground floor patio by the pool with private gate access to pool area. Just steps from the beach. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure for showers. Love the no contact check in so we could arrive anytime without checking in somewhere. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, love the covered parking garage to keep vehicle out of the hot sun. The bridge over the main road makes it easy and safe to go back and forth from gulf to bay side. We love being within walking distance to the pier. The condo had everything we needed for cooking including plenty of storage containers for left overs to store in the fridge. Two minor complaints which would not prevent us from staying again was the WiFi barely worked so we used the pool WiFi when we needed it and the ice maker didn’t work so we just purchased a couple bags when we went to the grocery store. This was our third stay at this property and we absolutely love it and plan on returning next year.

Destin West Gulfside

My family of 5 had the BEST vacation here! My kids loved walking directly out to the pool & it made toting things to the beach much easier. We were easily able to cross the skywalk to the other side. Between all the pools, bayside, & ocean- we were constantly doing things & enjoying Florida. We loved the location & being able to walk down the beach to the pier and beach restaurants. Would highly recommended this condo to everyone!

This was perfect for our family of three, could not be happier. It was so nice to be right by the pool with our 6 yr old especially since the beach was not great. Thank you for hosting us!
