The unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath.1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with one twin (double) bed.

A fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob and hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, baking pans and cooking pots for easy meal preps.

It has a four-seater dining table, a living area with adequate seating, android Tv with Netflix and board games to make your stay an entertaining bonding time with family/ friends.

✔ The apartment is on the 4th floor of the apartment block with upper floors only accessible by stairs .

✔ Strictly No parties allowed. Loud music and noise disrupt the serene and peaceful environment that our wonderful neighbors are accustomed to.

✔ Quiet hours: To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and residents, we kindly ask that guests respect quiet hours between 10p.m to 7 a.m.

✔ Strictly No smoking, drugs, vaping, e-cigarettes within the apartment.

✔ No un-registered guests for overnight stay. Minors under 18 must be registered and accompanied by parent or guardian.

✔ No pets allowed in the premises.

✔Many convenience stores, restaurants and shops available at a walking distance of the residence. The area is well serviced by Uber, little, bolt and other taxi and food delivery hailing apps .
