Spacious 2-Bedroom Pet Friendly Townhome in Beautiful Winston-Salem with Carport
Experience Winston-Salem like a local in this pet-friendly 2-bedroom end-unit townhome with detached carport. Guests enjoy a recently remodeled upper-level space featuring a king bed and available crib in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This full bath offers a tub/shower, and is outfitted with towels, toiletries and hairdryer. A spacious second bedroom with queen bed offers a large closet, and access to an across-the-hall full bathroom with shower. This layout works perfectly for families or friends! In the kitchen are glossy granite counters, modern under cabinet lighting and stainless appliances, where guests can enjoy easy meal prep and cooking on a smooth top electric range. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances (crock pot, blender, hand mixer, toaster/air fryer, food processor, etc), as well as a Keurig Duo, with both traditional coffee pot and single pod brewing. A thermostat is located in the foyer, allowing you to adjust to just the right temperature for the most comfortable stay. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while sipping an evening cocktail in a serene, semi-private back patio with gated access to the natural area in back. It's a perfect space for your leashed pets to enjoy. Please note that townhome entry requires climbing exterior stairs as pictured. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!
