Our historic former farmhouse, built around 1750, is located in a romantic valley, surrounded by forests and meadows, yet only 2 km from the centre of Ruhpolding. On the ground floor—a historically protected and lovingly restored space—you’ll find a spacious and cosy holiday apartment with about 80 m² of living space, suitable for 2–5 people.The lovingly furnished apartment features a double bedroom as well as another bedroom with a bunk bed—the lower bed is 1.40 metres wide and the upper bed is standard width (90 cm)— a living room with a cosy sofa (convertible) and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and two balconies (one with a panoramic view of the surrounding nature and one that is completely covered and weather-protected). We also offer our guests a separate garden area with a seating area, lounge chairs, and a sandpit. Listen to the babbling of the stream, the chirping of the birds, and watch our sheep grazing on the hillside next to the house. This is the perfect way to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Families with children are very welcome here! We provide a cot and high chair free of charge. We’re happy to provide bed linens and towels. The on-demand bus stop (Dorli) is located right on the property.
