Baboosic Lake Town Beach is a two minute walk, offering swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding rentals. In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, skating and ice fishing on the lake. Close to restaurants, including LaBelle Winery, Bedford Village Inn, and a hour drive to NH beaches, skiing, hiking, Portsmouth and Boston. The cottage is newly renovated with charm and all updated appliances. There is a smart tv with cable tv and Wi-Fi included. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch or outside deck, relax, and enjoy everything Amherst and our cottage has to offer.

This cottage is super cute and has a great host! We were in town for an expo that we were vendors at and the host brought us the key so check-in was a breeze! Hard part was finding the cottage - Google Maps brings you there, Apple Maps does not! The cottage is super clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed in winter and it was very quiet and serene. Met the neighbors dogs and they were very friendly, with all the butt wiggles. Definitely recommend this stay.
