Relax laying on the hammocks and enjoy the ocean breeze from this 4 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled vacation home. Located just 50 miles from Miami and 100 miles to Key West you will be centrally located. Everything you will need is here for a relaxing vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys. This home has a very large (7500sq/ft) lot with plenty of space to store your toys. The yard has large beautiful mature palm trees and offers lots of shade. Outside the home has a huge deck with a table and chairs. Inside you will have a very large and open living area and kitchen. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in closet. The other 3 rooms include a guest room with another Queen bed, a guest room with a double/twin bunk bed and a smaller kids room with twin bunk beds. The neighborhood is a very quiet, private location. You will be only 2miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and very close to all major dive sites. Also, the home is close to shopping, restaurants and food markets. We just added a large deck 16x25 with a new Hot Tub.

I love to fish, dive and anything that has to do with the ocean. I have 2 boys that also love the ocean and we try to go out as often as possible. But when we are not using our vacation home, it will be yours to enjoy!
Why they chose this property
We purchased our home in 2013 and have since been upgrading and fixing every part of our new vacation home. All walls have been recently painted and everything inside is new or has been recently updated. We will continue to upgrade and add new things over time to make your stay as pleasant & comfortable as possible. Coming soon, we will be getting a hot tub and new pavers for the backyard.
What makes this property unique
The home is centrally located at the North end of the Florida Keys. You can easily drive to Miami Beach or head south for a beautiful drive to Key West.
