Bad review because last person didn’t listen to the rules for parking! This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Lake Arrowhead. Inside, guests find a peaceful retreat with a king bed in the master bedroom a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a triple bunk bed in the kids room and a child bed, plus an additional inflatable bed in the game room. 3 more mattresses available in the attic space featuring another queen bed.
Three bathrooms offer a jetted bathtub, a regular bathtub, and a shower, providing plenty of options for relaxation. The house stays cozy with heating, and an iron is available for guests who like to keep things neat. Whether you’re unwinding or working, this fabulous home has you covered. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place trash bins in front of the house for trash pick up. Please place lid on trash bin with a large rock on top of it.
Please put all towels on the floor in the bathrooms and strip all the sheets off the beds and leave them on the floor of the room where the beds were used.
Please make sure to turn off all exterior and interior lights. Do not lock the bottom part of the front door. Please place back all co trollers in their holders and games back on game room closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events all our neighbors are full time residents please be respectful.
No outside noise from 9pm to 9am
No parking on the street along the side of the home. No more than 3 cars parked on premises. 2 suvs fit in the car port and 1 sedan in garage.

The place overall was great, very roomy had everything we needed. May need a few more blankets, it was very cold. Staying there would have been great but with the constant parking complaints and calls about a neighbor watching us, a parking security coming at 11pm to make us move the car, and the count of people it really messed our trip. We had a baby with us, people recovering from cancer treatment it was uncomfortable for them to even be there. So, if your planning to stay here make sure you only bring small cars and be prepared to be watched, get constant calls and texts.
