Excellent location! Near everything!! One of the best stocked VRBO’s I’ve been in! Very clean and organized…I really appreciated the humidifiers!! The only thing…and I mean the ONLY thing, would be a good non-stick skillet for breakfast…great job guys! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family loved our stay at KAYENTA 9! It was the perfect location for Mountain Village and getting on the gondola! The place was clean, comfortable, and very nicely designed! We are thankful for our time staying here in Telluride!
Stayed here with my wife and two young children over Spring Break. Both kids were in ski school multiple days and this location is perfect for that. Incredibly close to Village Express lift and Mountain Village.
In town for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Steps away from the gondola and shops/restaurants. Loved drinking coffee in the morning on the little deck out back. Great stay

Very convenient and was great for our 2 couples. Could have added a few more kids to the other room.
We loved the condo. It’s located steps away from the village square and free gondola into town. Classic cozy ski condo feel with plenty of sleeping space and a huge common room with a family sized leather reclining couch. Perfect location for anyone looking for easy access to ski/mountain bike lifts.
We come to Telluride every summer and this was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! Adorable, bohemian, Anthropologie-inspired decor; well-stocked; and truly the best location if you want to walk outside your door and be close to it all. Thanks for sharing your home!
Property was completely remodeled just before our arrival and was wonderful. Kayenta location is one of the best for true ski in / ski out, right up to the back door, and right across from gondola to go into Telluride. Unit had great accommodations and layout for our family. Would highly recommend this unit!
Condo has the best ski access! Literally step out the back door and you are at lift 4. Location is superb right in the Mountain Village core and steps away from the Gondola. Easy booking and garage parking!

We have stayed at several places in the Mountain Village core, and this has been one of our favorites. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location cannot be beat! Keith was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely want to stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay! Keith was so accommodating and available for any of our needs. The place is newly decorated and my wife described it as if we were in an Anthropolgie catalog. This condo is ground floor ski in/out next to lift 4 and we loved being able to sit outside in the hot tub while it was snowing. Would love to come back again!
Perfectly located, true ski-in/ski-out to the gondola and Village Express/Lift 4. Hot tub is right outside the door, condo is very comfortably furnished, including a well-stocked kitchen. Spacious unit with plenty of space to hang out in the living room/dining room areas. Keith is a terrific host and extremely responsive to any questions or requests. Could not have had a better experience staying here!
We stayed here with four adult men for a ski weekend. Enough beds, baths, etc, and plenty of room for lounging. This place is truly ski in ski out, you are just a very short walk to the mountain village, gondola, etc.
We dealt with Keith a few times, and each time he was extremely responsive, and very helpful. There is no reason I wouldnt book this condo again!
2nd time we’ve stayed in Kayenta and first in this unit. It’s perfect for 4 kids and the ease of moving between ski lifts and ski school. Keith is a great communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend
The condo was exactly as advertised and even more convenient than we expected. An incredibly short ski or walk right to the Village base, and tons of bars, restaurants, and ski shops nearby. The gondola into town was also very easy for evening plans.

Great location! Unit could use some updating and had limited extras(ie nonextra towels). Hot tub wasn’t clean at arrival but was emptied, cleaned, and fix up right away after we made owner aware. Overall great experience. The location makes this place great!

However, I think we will be Mountain Village converts.
The property was so close to the gondola, kids camps, bike park, bike rentals and restaurants as well as all of the activities in Mountain Village.
Very quiet for sleeping as well.
Property needs new windows and could use some updates.
