All windows and doors are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. The non-smoking apartment has tile or laminate flooring and features a lockable bike shed, a clothes drying rack, a parking space for a car, and a bike parking area.

The holiday rental is part of a small complex consisting of two houses. It is in a very quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the pier and with direct access to the West Beach (6 km).

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bedding (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bedding and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.


For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%. This surcharge will be sent as a separate payment request and is due with the second payment.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is located between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, taking the Löbnitz crossroads and heading towards Barth, or the Altheide crossroads, then via Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and, in addition to its white sandy beach, offers many excursion options, such as the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, the “Hanse Dom” water park in Stralsund, the Marlow Bird Park, Karls Erlebnisdorf in Rövershagen, and much more. In the spring and fall, you can observe cranes. The surrounding area is perfect for long bike rides.
