Welcome to The City Cottage! Conveniently located to the best of everything Columbia has to offer! Just Minutes to USC campus, Williams Brice Stadium, The Capitol and the Vista. This 100 year old home has been masterfully updated with all of todays comforts. One bedroom with comfortable king bed, additionally a Queen pull out sofa. Not to disturb the characteristics of this 100 year old beauty, we have added portable HVAC/heaters for cooling/ heating comforts. In the kitchen you will find it fully stocked and electric hot plates to prepare your meals. Fully renovations 100 year old cottage. This home is cute as a button. Surrounded by greenery right in the middle of the city. Close to everything fun and exciting! Access directions and key code will be sent at check in time the day of your arrival.
