All beach access is along Old Highway 98, a scenic route for pedestrians and golf carts only. Windmark is located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), with the Central Time Zone (CST) starting just beyond the Gulf County line.

To book, you must be at least 25 years old. Windmark Beach is a newly built community, so there might be construction activity nearby. Street parking is prohibited, and the driveway can accommodate only 3-4 vehicles. Boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the neighborhood. Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly forbidden, and events or parties are not permitted.
