From the living room/bedroom, guests have access to both balconies. One of these balconies delights guests with its view of the Baltic Sea, while the other faces south, providing holidaymakers with plenty of sunshine. This holiday rental is centrally located yet quiet, just about a 4-minute walk from the beach. You can easily leave your car behind and explore the coast on foot or by rental bike.<br><br>With 40 m² of living space, this holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>Layout:<br>Hallway with coat rack; a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and mirror; the separate bedroom features a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a wardrobe; the living/sleeping area includes a dining table, TV, and a sleeper sofa that can be quickly converted into a full-size sofa bed (140x200 cm). From the living/sleeping area, guests have access to both balconies. One of these balconies delights guests with its view of the Baltic Sea, while the other faces south, providing guests with plenty of sunshine.
