The location sits 1 to 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, a Grocery store, a liquor store, a Breakfast shop, several restaurants, and is within walking distance or a short Uber to River Street. Have a bigger party than what this location can sleep? Just ask about renting the upstairs apartment as well! Two blocks from a grocery store, liquor store, breakfast place, and Forsyth Park!
Ground level apartment with a separate entrance that features a living room with a queen sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, laundry closet, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. It also has a back fenced in patio. Walking, public transit, and short Uber rides. There is one designated parking spot in the parking lot directly behind the house marked 311A. There is also additional free parking on the street directly in front. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always available spots.
