The modern Villa Mediterran at VinodolSun, with 265 m² spread over 3 floors, features a total of 6 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for children, 5 bathrooms and toilets, an additional guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area on the ground floor, a fireplace in the ground-floor living room, and a wellness area (sauna, infrared) with a kitchenette and relaxation area on the second floor. <br><br>The entire villa is air-conditioned and heated. The first and second floors each feature a large balcony with an awning, providing a peaceful retreat and offering fantastic views. The villa’s outdoor area includes a private heated pool with a counter-current system and ample space for sunbathing with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Additionally, the shaded pergola with a table offers plenty of space for all guests. In addition, the cosy open-air fireplace and an outdoor kitchen are available for exclusive use.<br><br>The fenced-in property is approximately 1,000 m² and offers excellent privacy. <br><br>Villa Mediterran is classified as a 5-star property.<br><br>Shared with Villa Vallis, a fitness/yoga/massage tent has been available outside the private areas since this year; the Sun Downer Bench offers fantastic sunsets; and children and teens have an undisturbed “arena” with a trampoline, table tennis, foosball, bocce, and playground equipment.<br><br>New for 2022 is the free-to-use tennis court (grass court), which we built for guests of Villa Mediterran and Villa Vallis. <br><br>We have a network of reliable, independent service providers right here on site.
