This is a 2 story townhouse with a 1 car carport, fenced back yard, fully furnished, utilities and WIFI included. Walking distance to free access to the Guadalupe River. Less then 1 mile from downtown New Braunfels.

The Living room offers 2 large comfy sofas and a a large smart TV.

In the Kitchen you will find basic appliances like a stove / fridge / toaster / coffee maker and microwave. There is a dine in counter.

In the Dining room we added a big solid wood kitchen table with seating for 6

Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom and snuggle into a comfortable king bed and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV.
This room has a large wall in closet, 2 night stands , 2 lamps and a dresser.

The master bathroom has 2 vanity sinks, and a shower/tub combo. Bath towels and bath mats are provided.

Twin Guest Room:
This fun room is located downstairs, has a 2 twin beds, 1 nightstand, 1 dresser & a closet.

Queen Guest Room:
This room offers an adorable queen sized farm house bed, 2 night stands & a large walk in closet.

The Full Guest Bathroom is in the hall downstairs and has a single vanity and large shower.

The 1/2 Bathroom:
Located upstairs near the kitchen . This bath offers a pedestal sink and toilet.

Laundry Room: Brand new electric washer/ dryer is on the first floor and includes laundry detergent as well as an iron and ironing board.

The backyard is fully fenced and pets are ok if pre-approved.

On the Deck:
The deck is located off the living room upstairs and has seating for 4 as well as a retractable canopy.
