Location is nice, plenty of parking. Property is a little dated and very small but price reflects that. Nice for a single couple. Perfect as a small fishing camp with dock access. Dock can’t be seen from the rental, it is down the driveway and across the street and is shared with another house rental. Single mini split ac in the living room, bedroom could use a mini split or window unit. Overall nice stay for the price.

This is a perfect cabin for us to focus on scalloping and fishing, conveniently dock the boat at a private dock, relax in the evening and do it all again the next day. The cabin is simple and perfect retreat !!
