Great communication! The few little issues were dealt with quickly. The condo was comfortable and clean, well stocked with necessities and extras. The location was perfect, since we were visiting both north and south of Garland. We had to leave a day early for personal reasons, but Mario is a great host and we enjoyed our visit.

Highly recommend. Great view of lake Ray Hubbard from the patio. The host provides everything that you or may not need from toiletries, to cleaning supplies to a full kitchen and even extra blankets and even a kennel to leave your dog in when you step out. Very accommodating. The only thing is I wouldn’t suggest for older couples, as it is on the 3rd floor and you have to take the steps up.
