• Parties and events are not allowed.
• If the property is left in very poor cleaning conditions after your stay (e.g., dirty pots and pans, excess trash, stains on floors, or dirty walls), an additional fee of $80 USD will be charged.
• Overnight visitors not included in your reservation are not allowed. If not specified in the reservation, the rate for additional guests at that time will apply.
• Young adults, babies, toddlers, and children are welcome, but each must be specified in your reservation.
• No more than 5 people are allowed inside or on the property at any given time.
• Guests must respect and follow all community rules provided inside the house or on the property.
• Applicable fees:
a) Smoking: $100 USD for each day of smoking inside the apartment.
b) Late checkout: $20 USD if your checkout is not authorized as late checkout.
c) Lost keys: $40 USD for key and lock replacement.
• Violating house rules may result in the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
• You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property due to dissatisfaction with an Airbnb or host decision in case of rule violations.
• If a rule violation results in discounts or refunds to the next guest, you will be responsible for covering the resulting expenses.
• Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in eviction from the property.
