The Quartz Base - 2 Bedr. + 2 Bath, near Skybridge
Quartz Base is the perfect base for your next vacation or mountain adventure. Located minutes from the Golden Skybridge and downtown Golden Quartz Base offers spacious accommodations for you, your family or friends. Golden is close to multiple National Parks, world class skiing, golf, hiking and rafting. We provide complimentary in-suite laundry and off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The suite is a legal suite in the basement of the owners family home. Tim and Haley live upstairs with their young family.
The large suite includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open concept living space (with a pull out couch for larger groups) and kitchen with bar style eating area.
The whole suite is available for guest use (with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet).
While we live upstairs, our property manager Heidi manages day to day interaction with guests. Please reach out to her via the App with any questions.
Playground in backyard is for owner use. There is a communal playground when you first enter the subdivision on the left hand side.
Please note there is construction next door. Work is completed on a 8am-5pm schedule and there should be no noise outside of these hours.
As noted the owners live upstairs with their young family. You may experience some noise in the mornings and into the early evening.
Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands, as such mosquitoes can be an issue in the summer months. We recommend bring appropriate mosquito protection with you (deer spray, Thermocell devices, mosquito coils etc).
Only guests on reservation allowed to stay overnight.
No smoking indoors.
No outdoor shoes or equipment indoors.
