This 4BR/3BA townhome sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and includes 2 free off‑street parking spots, fast WiFi, and multiple workspaces. Within walking distance of Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, the National Aviary, and the North Shore’s bars and restaurants.

Perfect for fans, families, or media/corporate teams in town for the 2026 NFL Draft. Main stage is a 1 mile (20-min) walk or quick Uber,

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): Queen bed, closet/dresser, shutters, and master bath.
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): 2x twin trundle bed (or toddler bed - as shown in photos), closet/dresser - ideal for 2 kids or singles
Bedroom 3 (3rd floor): Queen bed, closet/dresser
Bedroom 4 (3rd floor): bunk (twin over full), closet, drawers - ideal for 2 kids or singles

Living Area: open area with comfortable couch and 2 chairs, large smart TV with Fire Stick and Google Streamer 4k.
