Light holiday apartments with modern furnishing and a shared garden, in the Kitzbühel Alps

The residential house with several holiday apartments is in the centre of Hopfgarten, in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. There is of course storage space or ski or bike equipment free of charge.

The accommodation enjoys a central but quiet location. You can simply park your car and get to all important amenities on foot. The nearest shops and many restaurants are nearby. The cable cars of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental are within a few minutes’ walk. The Kitzbühel Alps invite you to visit this beautiful winter sports, hiking and biking area.

The apartment with modern furnishing consists of a charmingly furnished bedroom with a double bed 180cm wide and antique arolla pine furniture and a stylish living room/bedroom with a cosy dining table, a fireplace stove, an LCD TV with a satellite receiver and a sofa bed (140 x 204cm). A single bed can also be provided (90 x 190cm). The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. The modern kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Wireless Internet access is available.

The large garden for shared use with a terrace, deckchairs and a grill area is an ideal place to relax. There are free parking spaces by the house.

What a great apartment!
Such a great find, a perfect stay for a family of 4. Andreas was so helpful, with perfect English, we had treats delivered that we weren't expecting, and he was always on hand if we needed him. Apartment was spotless and recently renovated and in a good central location. There is a heated ski storage room though we left our stuff at the lift station, it is about a 7 minute walk to the lifts. Hopfgarten itself is great, quiet but typically Austrian. Choice of two supermarkets very close by although they don't stay open late so be warned. We wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend this property, thanks Andreas
