The 42 m² first-floor holiday rental accommodates up to four people and is a cosy base for a beach holiday. It features a bedroom, a living area with a sofa and seating area, and an open kitchen with a dining area. An oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils are provided. From the balcony, you can enjoy a partial view of the ocean. Wi-Fi, a TV, and a CD player provide additional comfort; a private parking space is also available.

The sandy beach and the sea are only about 50 metres away. There’s also a restaurant within this distance, and shopping options are about 250 metres away. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a sauna, a heated indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. The property is smoke-free; children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed. Göhren also offers opportunities for walks, bike rides, water sports, and other activities.

The Strandresidenz Brandenburg stands out for its central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. It is situated right at the entrance to the spa park, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the Bernstein Promenade, and the pier. The historic main building of the Strandresidenz Brandenburg dates back to the 19th century. In the 1990s, it was completely gutted, lovingly restored in its original style, and expanded with modern additions.

It’s just 50 metres as the crow flies to the magnificent beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren and the romantic Amber Promenade. Those who prefer a quieter, more idyllic setting will find the unspoiled South Beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren about 500 metres away. The holiday apartments are ideal for couples, families, and seniors alike, as the upper floors in the annex are easily accessible by lift (in the original building, there are only a few additional steps).

Directly behind the building lies the Nordperd Nature Reserve. Winding paths lead through a rustic mixed forest along the rugged high cliffs, offering great views of the Baltic Sea—ideal for a short walk to "get some fresh air."
