Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement. An outdoor parking space is available.

Small kitchenette (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a fondue- and raclette set).
