Located in the award-winning Village of Tannin, this home is a rare combination of total privacy and a central, walkable location.

To maintain the serene environment our guests love, Dragonfly Cottage is a dedicated retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. We kindly enforce a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful experience for all neighbors and guests.

- Panoramic Views: Watch the sunrise over the gulf from the upper veranda’s swinging bed while sipping a fresh latte.

- Coastal Elegance: Walk barefoot on cool tile floors, surrounded by soft board-and-batten walls and high-end Provencal-inspired decor.

- Gourmet Kitchen: Features imperial granite counters, a hooded double oven, an espresso machine, and a French-door refrigerator.

The Layout:

- Primary Suite features an iron King bed with luxury Swiss-style linens and an en-suite bathroom with a rainwater shower and built-in bench.

- Guest Suite has a dreamy Queen bed with luxury linens and a private en-suite with a rainwater shower.

- Bonus Bunks - Custom built-in hall bunks with memory foam toppers. Cozy and comfortable.

Our family rented this property many times and it became our favorite place. We had asked the previous owner to let us know if she ever decided to sell, and are so thankful that she called.

The Dragonfly is close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. It's truly an amazing home!
