You can also walk to the new indoor outdoor restaurant Brinks Tavern only a few hundred feet away! The baseball stadium and other restaurants & Crown Plaza hotel are also only a 10-12 minute walk ! The nice historic bathroom with a claw tub and spray shower includes a hair dryer for convenience. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, tankless water heater and special upgraded insulation.
