The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. Unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV, or step out onto the private balcony to soak in the refreshing sea breeze and beautiful coastal sunsets.



Sleeping accommodations include:

• Two king bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for a restful night’s sleep

• A third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests

Family enjoyed the house and the convenient of pool, beach and shopping center. You can see pool from porch. Neighborhood quiet. Beach is within walking distance ; however, you have to cross main intersection. Nice walk.

The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It's location was great, very close to many restaurants. I was there for a conference so no time for the pool or the beach. However, it would have been nice to have some type of guide book with a map or directions on how to access the beach from the property. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open the gate every time we came back especially in down pours or if you were by yourself.
