The downstairs/basement room with one queen and one twin is included as an additional living space (instead of a bedroom) because it is accessed from the outside and does not have its own bathroom. This house is great for large families. The kids had fun upstairs while the adults had privacy downstairs. The kids had a blast on the dock both swimming and fishing. We all caught fish!!! For sure family friendly. The host always answered promptly and we had no problems checking in and out. I would definitely recommend this home.

My family and I enjoyed being at the house. Really liked having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed fishing on the dock and playing a lot of games. Everything was very clean and checkout instructions were easy.
