Welcome to your cozy studio suite at the renowned Conrad Hotel, perfectly located in the vibrant heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This stylishly designed studio offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. With the capacity to accommodate up to four guests, this suite combines the comforts of home with the upscale services of a 5-star oceanfront hotel.
REMINDERS:
- You need to provide the names of all guests staying in the unit
- All guests will be greeted by our representative and check in at the Hotel Lobby
- Guest MUST provide an Estimate Time Arrival 24 hours prior to the check in
- Check in time is 4pm - STRICTLY NO EARLY CHECK-INS!
- Check out time is 11am - STRICTLY NO LATE CHECK OUTS!

* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* Local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* Access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center
‣ OPTIONAL FEES
Valet Parking Fee: $64.20 per night (Optional) Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There will be a link that you need to fill out to provide your card information for the below.
- $500/night damage deposit authorization (This is not an actual, only an Authorization hold for incidentals)
4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM
STRICTLY NO Smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room
Additional Reminders:
- Please do not charge anything to room, otherwise there will be an additional 10% fee.
- Do not use the Safe, it is not working
