One-bedroom apartment on the 24th floor of one of Cartagena's newest and most prestigious buildings. It features a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony with spectacular views of Cartagena beach and the walled city center to the far right. Perfect for a couple's getaway or a business trip. The apartment is suitable for 1-4 people maximum. We look forward to welcoming you!

Only guests registered on the reservation will be allowed in the building. No additional visitors are permitted. To register someone, please send me their name 24 hours prior to arrival. Only 4 people are allowed in total. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, towels, linens, and decor perfectly suited to the Cartagena style. The Turkish bath and sauna are for the exclusive use of owners. Guests have access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, lap pool, and gym. Only pre-registered guests are allowed in the building; no additional visitors are permitted. The pool on the third floor is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist facilities, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande boasts large beaches and a wide variety of commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the walled city center.
