- Bedroom 2 (1st floor): queen size bed, 55” TV, dresser, hangers, full closet, shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.
- Bedroom 3 (1st floor): queen size bed, 55” TV, dresser, hangers, full closet, shares the same Jack & Jill bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 – Master (1st floor): king size bed, 55” TV, bench, dresser, large walk‑in closet, private full bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (1st floor): king size bed, 55” TV, dresser, standing rack, French‑door access to the pool.
- Bedroom 6 (2nd floor): king size bed, 75” TV, bench, dresser, workstation, small closet, shares a bathroom with Bedroom 7.
- Bedroom 7 (2nd floor): queen size bed, 55” TV, dresser, hangers, full closet, balcony access, shares the same bathroom with Bedroom 6.
All rooms feature RokuTV for your own streaming accounts.

Bathrooms
- Shared bathroom near Bedroom 1: vanity, toilet, shower, tub.
- Jack & Jill bathroom for Bedrooms 2 & 3: double vanity, toilet, rainfall shower.
- Master bathroom (Bedroom 4): vanity, toilet, shower, also accessible from the backyard.
- Jack & Jill bathroom for Bedrooms 6 & 7: vanity, toilet, shower.

Living spaces
A comfy sectional faces a 75” TV in the living room, with French doors that open onto the pool area.

Kitchen & dining
The newly renovated kitchen offers modern clean lines, a breakfast nook for four, full dishware, cookware, spices, and coffee supplies. The dining table seats eight under a sleek stem chandelier.

Game & entertainment
The game room houses a poker table, Fussball, an air‑hockey table that converts to ping‑pong, and a variety of board games. A washer and dryer are also located here.

Outdoor living
- Private heated pool with basketball hoop.
- Fire‑pit surrounded by seating, two hammocks, and string lights.
- Outdoor couch, two egg‑shaped swinging chairs, and a dining table for twelve (extra chairs available).
- BBQ grill and a dedicated kids’ game area.

Set in a quiet, family‑friendly street of Pompano Beach, the home is a short walk to the beach, shopping center, and restaurants.

Large families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a blend of indoor comfort and outdoor fun, with ample space for everyone to relax and play. The driveway accommodates up to six cars; please keep vehicles off the grass.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with the following devices:
1. Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording the front door/entryway, parking area, and backyard/pool area. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property.
2. A noise monitoring device is installed in the kitchen. This device measures noise levels only to help prevent excessive disturbances and does not record conversations or audio.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside private living spaces or bedrooms.

Registered guests only: No unauthorized visitors are permitted
No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine
No pets: $250 fine
Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
