This is a newly built two-story house in a gated condo by the sea, comprising three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor comprises: garden, terrace with couch and coffee table, private swimming pool with deck, table in granite with parasol, living room equipped with 42? flat plasma TV, fully decorated and equipped kitchen, toilet with hot water, decorated bedroom equipped with 12,000 btus split air conditioner, blackout curtains, spring mattress and wardrobe, and pantry. Second floor: two decorated en-suite bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains, wardrobe, split air conditioner, spring mattress, and a bathroom with hot water. Courtesy: Two recently purchased kayaks (see pictures).
